2. Order Processing Times
- Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days. International orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Orders placed on the weekend or a major holiday will ship the following Business Day.
3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking information once your package is in transit. If you do not receive an email please contact us at
Orders being sent to a PO Box or military address will ship via The US Postal Service instead of FedEx. We strongly encourage you NOT to ship to a PO Box. Please note that this shipment method does not provide a tracking option. ZIRH is not responsible for lost or missing orders sent to any PO Box.
Note: With the aggressive spam email filtering of many ISP's and email software, it is possible that your invoice, tracking number or Personal Trainer™ emails mistakenly get blocked from your email in-box. We encourage you to add

to your Address Book or "whitelist" (if such a service is available to you) so we can communicate with you.
4. Returns & Exchanges
ZIRH Total Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with any item(s) you purchased at ZIRH.com*, simply return the item(s) to us within 45 days for a prompt refund. If preferred, you may exchange an item for another ZIRH product, and we will adjust your balance accordingly.
* We cannot accept any department or retail store returns or exchanges.
5. Website Security
Personal and credit card information submitted to ZIRH is safe and secure. Transactions are made on a secure server, using 128 bit SSL technology. All information (including your email address) is encrypted, and accessible only by our Customer Care Department. If you still do not want to enter your credit card information online please contact Customer Care at 1-800-295-8877. Please do not send any credit card information to us via email.
6. Your Privacy
ZIRH has the utmost respect for your privacy. We do not sell or trade your email address or any other information with any other entity. We send our customers ONE email communication per month, which you can easily opt-out of upon receipt.
7. Sales Tax
8.375% sales tax will be added to New York orders.
8. Password Retrieval
If you've forgotten your ZIRH password just enter the email address you registered with and click "Submit".
