Depending on how you use ZIRH, we may ask you to share personal information with us. Whether you choose to give ZIRH information is completely up to you, but keep in mind that if you withhold information, you may not be able to use some of our services.

When Personal Information is Collected

ZIRH will ask you for information, including some personal information, if you use one of several services:

Becoming a registered user. In order to register, you need to share some personal information, such as your name and email address.

Making a purchase. When you buy something on ZIRH.com, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information. By making a purchase, you become a registered user of ZIRH. All of this information is submitted sercurly via 128-bit encryption.

Contests and Surveys. If you enter a sweepstakes or contest, or answer a survey, you will become a registered user (if you aren't one already). We may also ask you for some demographic information, such as your age, where you shop, products you like, etc. This information is not shared with any outside parties.

How ZIRH Protects Your Information

We realize that customers trust us to protect their personal information. We take that task seriously. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. For example:

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") authentication to guarantee the confidentiality of online transactions made on our site. SSL authentication and 128-bit encryption of the information that you send to us over the Internet protect your information from third party interception.

Unfortunately, despite all of our efforts, there is a small chance that third parties may unlawfully intercept transmissions. This reality is true of all Internet use. As a result, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit.

How ZIRH Uses Your Personal Information

ZIRH.com collects personal information primarily for internal purposes, such as to ship out orders you place. If you opt-in, we may also send you email featuring product information and savings or promotional information. Such emails are not sent more than twice per month.

In the unlikely event that another company buys the assets of ZIRH International, your personal information may then belong to another entity.

How to Avoid Receiving Newsletters and Other ZIRH Materials

We use email to send out newsletters and other announcements with information about ZIRH's new products, promotions or special offers, usually just once a month. If you receive an email and want to avoid further messages, look at the bottom of the email for instructions on how to remove yourself from our mailing list.

Who Views Your Personal Information

ZIRH may share your personal information with companies that perform services for us, such as filling orders. These companies only have access to information needed to perform their services, and are prohibited from using your information for other purposes. Personal information may be disclosed if required by law.

ZIRH does NOT sell, trade or license personal information, including your email address.

Children Under 13

Children Under 13 can look at our site, but cannot make a purchase. They also cannot become a registered user, or use any service that asks for personal information. Our site is not designed for children. We do not wish to collect personal information from children under 13. If you register with us and we discover that you are under 13, we will delete your registration. We will send you a message if we do this. If you are under 13 and want to make a purchase, please ask a parent to place the order for you.
