SHIPPING POLICIES
 
Domestic (U.S.) Orders
Free Ground Shipping on orders $60+
Ground Shipping: $5.95 USD
Second Day: $14.95 USD
Overnight: $21.95 USD
 
All kits are charged as just one item. Multiple orders to the same address will be combined whenever possible. Whenever possible we aim to ship orders within 3 business days, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays. This includes expedited shipping orders although every effort will be made to ship it sooner.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 
At this time we only ship internationally to Canada. 
Canada Flat Shipping Rate: $21.95 USD (7-14 Business Days)
 
Note: Any international order may be subject to Customs Charges. ZIRH has no way of knowing if you will be charged customs charges and is not responsible for such charges.You will be charged in USD. At this time, we cannot provide step-by-step tracking on international purchase. 
 
 
ORDER PROCESSING
 
Orders are processed as they are received on weekdays. We are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they are received.
 
SHIPPING TIMES
 
All deliveries will be made via USPS or FedEx. Please allow for 1-3 business days to receive and process your order from our distribution center for fulfillment.
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
 
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number. Another email will be sent to you once your order has shipped and will include your invoice and a USPS tracking number for your order.
 
Note: With the aggressive spam email filtering of many ISP's and email software, it is possible that your invoice, tracking number emails mistakenly get blocked from your email in-box. We encourage you to add ContactUs@zirh.com to your Address Book or "whitelist" (if such a service is available to you) so we can communicate with you.

SALES TAX
 
We currently collect sales tax in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Arkansas, Arizona, Texas, California and Rhode Island based on your shipping address.
 
RETURNS
 
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at ContactUs@zirh.com
 
You will be required to provide your order number as well as your email address used for site login.To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by USPS.
 
 
AUTO REPLENISHMENT
 
Auto Replenish is a convenient way to ensure that you will always have the Zirh products you can't go without. Simply select the frequency that you would like to receive the product as you add items to your cart. We will automatically processes payment and shipping for your order. Your first order will ship immediately. Your replenishment orders will ship automatically at the frequency you select. You will only be billed on the day the order is shipped and you will receive an order confirmation. You can cancel or update your replenishment at any time before the order ships.  
 
FREQUENCY
One Time: Select the next one time you want to receive the product.
Bi-Monthly: You will receive your products every 60 days.
Quarterly: You will receive your products every 90 days.
 
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to ContactUs@zirh.com to receive details on how to return your item.
 
Refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited to your credit card and account. Your financial institution may take an additional seven business days to reflect this transaction. Please note that ZIRH only accepts returns or exchanges on products that have been purchased through zirh.com
 
Product purchased elsewhere must be returned or exchanged at the location of purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer. Products purchased at zirh.com may not be returned or exchanged at any other retailer. Likewise, we cannot accept any other retailer’s store returns or exchanges. ZIRH does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges.
 
DATA SECURITY
 
Personal and credit card information submitted to ZIRH is safe and secure. Transactions are made on a secure server, using 258 bit SSL technology. All information (including your email address) is encrypted, and accessible only by our Customer Care Department. If you still do not want to enter your credit card information online please contact Customer Care at 1-800-295-8877. Please do not send any credit card information to us via email. ZIRH has the utmost respect for your privacy. We do not sell or trade your email address or any other information with any other entity.
